Student pass holders can enjoy unlimited skiing, with no blackout dates, from open until 9:00 pm Tuesday through Sunday, and from open to 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday.To qualify to purchase the discount passes, known as the "NH College Breakout Pass," students must meet three requirements. The first is proof of registration through spring of 2013. Secondly, all students must be full-time students to apply for the discount passes. Finally, all students must furnish a photo ID as well as an original signed letter from their college or university registrar. Additionally, any lost or stolen season passes can be replaced for a fee of $50.00, after a two-week waiting period has lapsed.Mount Sunapee Resort has been open to skiers for over sixty years and family operated since 1998 by Tim and Diane Mueller. The resort spans 233 skiable acres and rises to a maximum altitude of 2,743 feet. Of its 66 total skiing trails, 17 are easy, 32 are more difficult, and 17 are most difficult. In addition to traditional ski and snow boarding trails, Mount Sunapee has four mogul runs and three terrain parks.On average, 100 inches of snow fall on the Mount Sunapee region during its late-November to mid-April season.
